A partnership built around your programming.
Members receive monthly credits and use them to reserve eligible live experiences across the city. That gives them a reason to try a room, artist, or format they may not have found on their own.
Venue partners remain in control. You choose what participates and how much availability to offer; ticketful supports discovery, reservations, attendee communication, and the guest list.
The goal is simple: help people find places they want to return to, and help distinctive local programming meet its next audience.

Who chooses the events?
You do. Venue partners decide which performances participate and when they appear on ticketful.
How is availability managed?
Your team controls how many places are offered for each participating event and can make that decision around your own programming needs.
What guest information do we receive?
ticketful provides an attendee list before the performance. Guests arrive with identification and your team checks them in at will-call.
How do payouts work?
Eligible completed events are included in ticketful’s venue payout process. We will confirm your commercial terms and payout setup directly during onboarding.
